1. Acceptance

By signing in to Audit AI you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the underwriting team whose workspace you operate within.

2. Permitted use

The platform is licensed for CMBS underwriting work performed by Odin AI Labs and its bank counterparties. Each user is responsible for the lawfulness of the data they input and for honouring the deal-confidentiality commitments their team has made to the originating bank.

3. Account responsibility

Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential. A workspace Admin may revoke access at any time. Sessions automatically expire after 7 days of inactivity.

4. Data ownership

The originating bank retains all rights to the deal data uploaded by the underwriting team. Audit AI processes that data only to produce the contracted underwriting deliverable and never trains external models on it.

5. Local-only AI

All AI inference runs on hardware controlled by Odin AI Labs (local LLMs served through Ollama). No bank deal data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, or any other external service. This constraint is structurally enforced in the codebase.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis during pilot. Specific SLA terms live in the pilot agreement signed by your team’s Admin.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the workspace after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
